If you are a Landstar operator, we have developed methods to compile both the "settlement summaries" and the "card activity" weekly reports that will provide you with the data that you need to file your federal & state taxes. We have found that these reports coming directly off the Landstar website include duplicate and overlapping data that makes it very difficult to pull accurate information. We have methods that identifies these duplicates and eliminates them from your detail information.

 

7. We use your settlement detail from any trucking company to provide you with a summary that will exactly interface into the various tax categories showing on Schedule C.
